What if my item doesn’t fit?
To save time, We encourage you to try on your item soon after it makes its way to you. Our driver will wait 5-10 minutes for you to do so.
Otherwise, we do have a refund policy if your item doesn’t fit. You can get a full refund, less the delivery fee.
All you have to do is send a text via WhatsApp to +973 397 77 024. Text “item doesn’t fit” and we will contact you directly. Text must be sent within 4 hours of receiving item or you may be charged for the full day.

How do I rent?
- Peruse - Peruse all the gorgeous fashion pieces we have to offer.
- Place - as many items as you can stand into your cart.
- Pay - at checkout. The process is simple and painless. Returnable deposit is required for each item rented.
- Praise - Enjoy all the praise you receive when you step out in your new gores rental.
How many days can I rent my item?
We have two options for rental:
- 2 days minimum or
- 1 week maximum
What happens if I return an item late?
A late fee of 15BD per day will be charged to the Renter for late return.
Are item dry-cleaned and who manages that?
All items must be dry cleaned after usage! Lucky for you, we will take care of all dry cleaning costs.
Are ALL items on the website REAL and Authentic?
All items are authentic and in good condition. We DO NOT accept fakes or heavily used or uncared-for items. All items are thoroughly checked by an experienced authenticator before being rented or sold.
Can I try on an item before purchasing?
We are primarily an online service, however we do have a space in Adliya where you can try before you buy.

What happens if I damage the Item?
In the unfortunate event that an Item is damaged, the renter of the Item is liable to pay the current market value of that Item and/or may stand to lose some or all of their deposit.
Can I cancel a Rental Booking?
A booking may be cancelled and full refund received up until the day/time of booking.
When does the delivery take place?
We will be in touch with you to arrange timing of delivery. It is also possible to get same day delivery in certain cases.
How much is delivery?
Delivery Fee is calculated based on proximity to our space in Adliya.
