1. Rental Options
We are currently offering two options for rental:
Short-Term - 2 day rental
Long-Term - 1 week rental
2. Availability
All items on the platform are subject to availability and your ability to rent them is subject to approval by Becca’s Closet. Becca’s Closet is not obligated to accept rental bookings and is in complete control of the item price and item calendar.
3. Fitting Policy
We do have a refund policy if your item doesn’t fit. You can get a full refund, minus the delivery fee.
To get your refund, you have send a text via WhatsApp to +973 397 77 024. Text “item doesn’t fit” and we will contact you directly. Text must be sent within 4 hours of receiving item or you may be charged for the full day.
4. Rental Refund
If it happens that your item is not delivered by the requested delivery date, is not as described, or is not in acceptable condition, you will be entitled to a full refund of Rental Price and delivery charges. You can request a refund by contacting us directly via email, or phone number.
4.1 Reasons for return include:
- Incorrect item received
- Item is damaged
- Item didn’t arrive in time
- Item looks different to image/description on website
4.2 Refund process:
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 10 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
5. Pricing
Pricing is based on the value of the item being sold and condition of the item. Becca’s Closet has the right to list the item at the market value they feel most appropriate.
5.1 Payment is taken via benefit pay.
6. Rental Cancellation
The Renter can cancel the rental at no charge up until the rental date. If a Renter constantly books and cancels items Best Kept Shared reserves the right to not rent to them.
7. Late Return Penalty fees
You will be charged a late fee of 15BD per day for late returns past the Rental return date or at risk of losing part or all of your deposit.
8. Rental Agreement
When renting an item from Becca’s Closet you understand that you are entering into an agreement directly with us.
9. Acceptance
You accept that you are exclusively responsible for the item that you are renting and you are responsible for any compensation that is required for damage or loss of the item
10. You understand that as a Renter, should you be caught acting fraudulently in any way that Becca’s Closet reserves the right to no longer rent to you.
11. You agree to comply with the Laws and Jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Bahrain, our country of domicile, when transacting on the platform and understand that should you be caught breaking the law, Becca’s Closet reserves the right to take the relevant legal action against you.
12. Damage of rental items
12.1 You, the Renter, Acknowledge and agree that if there is damage to an item you have rented during the period of that rental that can not be repaired via the means of Dry cleaning or Tailoring that you will be liable for the full repair cost of the item.
12.2 You, the Renter, Acknowledge and agree that if an item is damaged beyond repair during the period of the rental you will be liable to pay us the cost of the current market value of the item and/or lose your deposit.
